When we install close boarded garden fencing, it is constructed on site, with posts and arris rails and feather-edge boards which are fixed vertically to the arris rails. Ideal for level and sloping ground, close boarded garden fencing suitable for pretty much any choice of length needed. Generally erected with wooden posts and concrete in the ground this adds more stability which strengthens the fence.
When the posts are in position the arris rails can then be secured. They are fixed with supporting brackets to give even more strength. The feather-edge boards are then nailed along the length of the fence using nails that are treated against corrosion.
